Use of the Service

Arrive Chicago helps you view transit information for CTA, Metra, and other Chicago-area transit. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the Service, other users, or any third party.

Transit Data Is Not Owned by Us

All transit data (schedules, real-time arrivals, alerts, etc.) is supplied by third-party APIs and services operated by transit authorities and other providers. Arrive Chicago does not own, create, or control this data. We merely request it and display it to you. Accuracy, availability, and timeliness of that data depend entirely on those third parties. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in transit information.

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that transit information will be accurate, complete, or up to date. Always check official transit sources when your travel plans depend on precise timing. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrive Chicago and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including missed trains or buses, delays, or any other loss) arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any transit data shown in the app.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs, services, and possibly links to external websites or apps. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. Sign in with Apple and iCloud are provided by Apple; synced app data is stored in your iCloud and governed by Apple’s privacy and terms.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent version.
